FOR RECRUITMENT AGENCIES
A ranked, confirmed-available shortlist, minutes after the vacancy lands.
The problem
Built for high-volume temp and contract desks: construction, industrial, driving, warehousing and care.
Availability decays the moment it is recorded.
A candidate record shows what was true the day someone last spoke to them. In a database of thousands, the proportion current at any moment is small.
Much of the workforce cannot be reached in office hours.
Site and shift workers do not answer between half seven and half five. They pick up in the evening and at weekends, exactly when your consultants have gone home.
Short-notice bookings go to whoever confirms first.
A Friday order for a Monday start goes to the agency that confirms a worker first, not the one with the best candidate.
How it runs
Two steps need a person. Everything between them runs without anyone touching it.
Consultant raises the vacancy
In your CRM, exactly as now. No change to existing workflow.
Vacancy synced and parsed
Role, site postcode, certifications, start date and rate extracted.
Full database scored against the vacancy
Role, travel distance, certifications held, days since availability last confirmed.
Shortlist built, stale records queued
Confirmed within seven days goes straight to the shortlist. Strong but stale records are promoted to the front of the call queue.
Calls run in parallel
Inside the calling window. Outside it, the queue holds to the next window.
Outcomes written back
No answer triggers a text and email with a self-serve link.
Ranked shortlist emailed to the consultant
Ten entries, best fit first, all confirmed available.
Consultant calls the shortlist
The only calls your staff make.
Timings assume the vacancy is raised inside the calling window. One raised at 16:00 produces a shortlist the same evening. One raised at 22:00 produces it the following evening.
The output
One email for each vacancy. No dashboard to learn and no change to how your consultants work.
10 available for Groundworker, Aldershot
Availability matching · Friday 17:58 · start Monday · £22/hr
and five more, in rank order
Shown for a construction desk. The same shortlist works for any high-volume sector, and the fields configure to yours.
Two ways to run it
The calling, matching and shortlisting are identical in both. What differs is where the candidate database lives and who owns it.
Connected to your CRM
Reads vacancies and candidates from the system you already run, and writes availability back to the same records. Nothing changes for your consultants.
From £12,500
One-off build. Running costs billed at cost.
On the Glo platform
The candidate database comes with the system. Your records are migrated across and the platform becomes the system of record, owned outright.
From £18,500
One-off build. Running costs billed at cost.
What it replaces
A resourcer costs thirty thousand a year and more, and still will not make eighty availability calls at seven on a Friday. This does that work every evening and every weekend, for a one-off build fee, then keeps doing it at running cost.
Built once and owned outright. No licence, no per-user charge and no monthly platform fee. The database and the code belong to you.
