Every ticket, every expiry date

Recruitment compliance automation: right-to-work documents chased, tickets recorded and expiry dates flagged before the gate

Tell it to register the new starters, chase the missing right-to-work documents and update the system. It does the chasing, the checking and the filing, and every worker, ticket and expiry date is on one screen.

Registration with the cards attached

A candidate registering gives their details, ticks the qualifying cards for the role they are after, and photographs the front and back of each one. The documents are stored in a private bucket that cannot be read back through the public API, and the candidate is created in the CRM flagged as a website registration, with the documents attached.

Chasing what is missing

Missing right-to-work documents are chased without a person doing the asking. A document or request arriving by email is read, recorded and put in front of you with the consequences already worked out.

Expiry before the gate

It warns you before a certification or right-to-work document expires. A CSCS card expiring in three weeks is flagged before the worker is turned away at the gate; training records and DBS renewals are tracked the same way, with warnings well before expiry.

Tickets in the matching

A worker who fails a hard requirement, such as a ticket the site needs, is excluded from the shortlist rather than ranked lower, and the shortlist shows the tickets held against every name.

Part of the platform

One build, owned outright

This is one part of the availability calling and job matching platform for recruitment agencies: from £12,500 connected to the CRM you already run, or from £18,500 on the Glo platform with your records migrated across. A one-off build fee, then running costs billed at cost. A scoping call turns the figure into a fixed quote.

The other parts

  • Candidate availability

Rung, texted and confirmed in the evening, written back to the record.

  • Job matching

The whole database scored against the vacancy, ten names in twelve minutes.

  • Timesheets

Missing sheets chased, handwritten ones read, hours matched and paid.

  • Bullhorn integration

Vacancies out, registrations and availability back, on a schedule that survives the CRM being down.
