PRICING
Build work is priced by size. The managers are a flat monthly. If you are not sure which of it you need, the meeting first is free and there is no pitch on the end of it.
What came out of one

“I went to Scott for a website. What came out of the first meeting was a list of things we were doing by hand that did not need doing at all. Registrations from the site now go straight into Bullhorn without anyone retyping them, and the jobs board runs off the same connection. It has taken real admin off the team, and none of it was on my list when I walked in.”
Free, and local
I only work with businesses across Sussex, and I would rather sit down with you than send a proposal. An hour walking through how the work actually moves through your business usually finds more than any form could.
What we look at
Where enquiries are getting lost between the phone, the inbox and the diary.
Which parts of your week are admin that software should already be doing.
What the tools you already pay for can do that you are not using.
Whether your website is bringing work in or just sitting there.
How many bookings, leads or quotes are being lost to a slow reply.
What you walk away with
A short written summary of what I found, whether you use me or not.
The two or three changes that would make the biggest difference first.
Fixes you can do yourself, for free, with what you already have.
An honest answer on what to leave well alone.
No proposal, no quote and no follow-up call unless you ask for one.

Founder, Glo Business Solutions
I have spent twenty years running businesses in different sectors, improving productivity and sales, taking cost out and making the day-to-day run with less waste in it. High staff costs, low margins and rising overheads are the reality here now. Software and AI are the practical way through that, not a nice-to-have. I am not a salesperson and there is nobody behind me to hand you over to.
Build work
A build fee to make it, then a monthly for hosting, support, backups and changes. What moves a job up a band is the number of pages, how many things it has to talk to, and how much of your process is unusual.
Websites
CRM and internal systems
Booking and scheduling
Payments and checkout
Transactional email
Integrations
Data migration
AI in your systems
Every figure is a real starting price, not a teaser. The monthly is optional on the one-off lines and included in the quote everywhere else. Anything genuinely unusual gets one written quote before a line is built.
Monthly
Each runs on its own or alongside the others. Setup is included and done with you. No per-user pricing, and you can stop at the end of any month.
Run more than one and they share the same queue and the same record, so nothing is logged twice. Setup included, cancel at the end of any month.
Questions
Still not sure which of it you need?
An hour, at your place of work, anywhere in Sussex. You get a written summary of what I found whether you use me or not, and there is no follow-up call unless you ask for one.
