Matching Engine
Matching engine: a ranked shortlist of the right people, with the reason for every name on it
It scores everyone you hold against what the job needs, and returns a ranked shortlist with the reason for every entry. It is a database query rather than a guess, so it runs in milliseconds, costs nothing per run, and returns the same answer every time. Each one is built in Henfield and set up for small firms across Sussex, or anywhere else in the UK.
What it does
The right people, ranked
- Scores on distance, qualifications, history with you and how recently you spoke
- Excludes anyone who fails a hard requirement, rather than ranking them lower
- Shows why each person is on the list, so you can argue with it
- Weights are settings, not code, and are tuned against what actually places
From £3,250
One-off build. Yours to keep.

Best for
Any business matching people to work, jobs to engineers, or stock to orders, where the right answer depends on more than one thing at once.
How it works
A vacancy or job arrives, the whole database is scored against it, and a ranked list lands in the right person's inbox.
In your sector
What it does on a normal day
Recruitment
Ten confirmed-available candidates, nearest first, twelve minutes after the vacancy was raised.
Field service
The closest engineer who holds the right ticket and is free this afternoon.
Care and nursing
A ranked list of staff who have worked that home before, hold the training, and can travel.
Paying for it
From £3,250, once
A one-off build fee. Pay half to start and half when it goes live, or spread the balance over six or twelve months at the same price. The code and the database are yours on final payment, with no licence and no per-user charge. Hosting and any AI or telephony usage are billed at cost with nothing added.
