HR and Staff Management

HR and staff management for small businesses: holiday, sickness, cover and expiring documents, handled by email

Your people request time off, report sickness and send in their paperwork the way they already do. It reads it, records it, works out who is affected, and suggests the cover. You approve. It is put together in Henfield for small employers across Sussex, and for teams elsewhere in the UK.

What it does

Staff management without effort

  • Holiday and sickness requested and recorded without a form to learn
  • Warns you before a certification or right-to-work document expires
  • Suggests who can cover, based on who is free and who is qualified
  • Keeps a reliability record: hours completed, and no-shows

From £2,500

One-off build. Yours to keep.

The staff screen on a tablet: a holiday request, a sickness report and a request about a van MOT, each read from an email and waiting for Approve or Decline, beside the week's missed calls.

Best for

Any business past about eight people where the rota, the holiday and the paperwork live in somebody's head.

How it works

A request arrives by email. It is read, recorded and put in front of you with the consequences already worked out.

In your sector

What it does on a normal day

Construction and industrial

Flags the CSCS card expiring in three weeks before the worker is turned away at the gate.

Hospitality

A sickness text at seven in the morning arrives with three names who can cover the shift.

Care

Training records and DBS renewals tracked against every member of staff, with warnings well before expiry.

Paying for it

From £2,500, once

A one-off build fee. Pay half to start and half when it goes live, or spread the balance over six or twelve months at the same price. The code and the database are yours on final payment, with no licence and no per-user charge. Hosting and any AI or telephony usage are billed at cost with nothing added.
