Invoicing and invoice chasing automation: quoted, invoiced and chased in your own words

It turns approved work into a quote, a quote into an invoice, and an unpaid invoice into a polite chase written the way you would write it. You see everything before it sends. Built in Henfield, it runs for small businesses across Sussex and, after a first call, anywhere in the UK.

What it does

Quoted, invoiced, chased, paid

  • Invoices generated as real documents, split by purchase order where needed
  • Nothing marked as issued until it is approved and your details are complete
  • Chases written in your wording, on a schedule you set
  • Margin visible by client, by site and by job

From £2,500

One-off build. Yours to keep.

The invoices screen for payroll run 14 on a laptop: six invoices, £29,858.35 net and £35,830.02 gross, one per client per site with purchase order, VAT, total and evidence, each draft waiting for approval and one held because its signed sheet is missing.

Best for

Anyone whose invoicing waits for an evening, and whose chasing waits until the money is badly late.

How it works

Approved work becomes a draft. You check it, it sends, and the chasing runs itself until it is paid.

In your sector

What it does on a normal day

Recruitment

A week of timesheets becomes client invoices and a payroll run on the same afternoon.

Trades

The quote goes out the same day and follows itself up twice before you would have remembered.

Professional services

Time recorded against a matter becomes a bill nobody had to assemble by hand.

Paying for it

From £2,500, once

A one-off build fee. Pay half to start and half when it goes live, or spread the balance over six or twelve months at the same price. The code and the database are yours on final payment, with no licence and no per-user charge. Hosting and any AI or telephony usage are billed at cost with nothing added.
