AI Inbox

AI inbox for small businesses: emails, PDFs and photographed paperwork read, filed and answered for your approval

Emails, attachments and photographs of handwritten paperwork all go in the same door. It pulls out the numbers, files them where they belong, and writes the reply in your wording for you to approve. Glo builds it in Henfield for owner-run businesses in Sussex and anywhere else in the UK.

What it does

It reads the post

  • Reads Word tables, figures pasted into an email, and photos of handwritten sheets
  • Drafts the reply in your voice, and nothing sends until you tick it
  • Scores each enquiry so the ones worth money surface first
  • Anything it cannot read with confidence is flagged rather than guessed

From £3,250

One-off build. Yours to keep.

A photographed, handwritten timesheet from Ashcombe Homes read into hours for six workers on a laptop. The sheet's own total of 261 agrees with the lines, and one Thursday is flagged because it was read with 52 per cent confidence.

Best for

Anyone retyping information that arrived as an email, a PDF, or a photo taken on somebody's phone.

How it works

Everything lands in one queue. It extracts, files and drafts. You approve, correct or ignore.

In your sector

What it does on a normal day

Recruitment

Turns a photographed timesheet from a site foreman into payable hours without anyone keying it in.

Property and lettings

Reads a maintenance report, opens the job, and drafts the note to the landlord.

Salons and studios

Answers a booking enquiry in minutes with the right price, at eleven at night.

Paying for it

From £3,250, once

A one-off build fee. Pay half to start and half when it goes live, or spread the balance over six or twelve months at the same price. The code and the database are yours on final payment, with no licence and no per-user charge. Hosting and any AI or telephony usage are billed at cost with nothing added.
