Connect

Connect: two-way integration between the software you already run, so nothing is keyed in twice

Most businesses do not want to replace their software, they want it to stop being an island. This reads from the systems you already pay for and writes back to them, so nothing has to be keyed in twice. The connections are written in Henfield for small businesses across Sussex and the wider UK.

What it does

Integrates with your systems

  • Two-way sync, so an update in either place shows in both
  • Retries on failure, and tells you when something did not go through
  • Stays inside your provider's rate limits by design
  • Your data stays yours, and the connection can be removed at any time

From £1,500

One-off build. Yours to keep.

Payroll run 14 on a tablet after export, with batch files written for two umbrella companies and both ready to send to their payroll inboxes.

Best for

Anyone running two or more systems that do not talk, and paying somebody to copy between them.

How it works

It reads on a schedule, writes back on the same cycle, and reports anything that failed rather than failing quietly.

In your sector

What it does on a normal day

Recruitment

Vacancies and candidates read from the CRM you already run, with availability written straight back.

Retail and trade counters

Orders from the website landing in the accounts package without a re-key.

Any business

Inbox, calendar and accounts joined up, so one update reaches all three.

Paying for it

From £1,500, once

A one-off build fee. Pay half to start and half when it goes live, or spread the balance over six or twelve months at the same price. The code and the database are yours on final payment, with no licence and no per-user charge. Hosting and any AI or telephony usage are billed at cost with nothing added.
