Self-Serve Links

Self-serve links: a text or email link that updates your records in two taps, with no login

A link in a text or an email opens a page with the questions already asked. They tap the answers, it saves straight into your system, and the link stops working. No app, no password, and no phone call from you. The links are built in Henfield for small businesses in Sussex, and work the same for a business anywhere in the UK.

What it does

Two taps, no login

  • Single-use links that expire, with only a hash of the token stored
  • A page that loads on one bar of signal, and works without JavaScript
  • Opt-outs honoured immediately and applied everywhere at once
  • The answer lands in your system, not in somebody's inbox

From £1,750

One-off build. Yours to keep.

A phone showing the page a text link opens: Are you available for work? with four one-tap answers and a date field.

Best for

Any business chasing the same information from the same people over and over, where a phone call is too much effort for both sides.

How it works

The message goes out, they tap two answers, and the record is up to date before you have read your own inbox.

In your sector

What it does on a normal day

Recruitment

Availability confirmed by workers who never answer their phone during the day.

Clinics

Appointment confirmed or moved without a receptionist making a single call.

Trades

The customer picks a morning or an afternoon and the diary fills itself.

Paying for it

From £1,750, once

A one-off build fee. Pay half to start and half when it goes live, or spread the balance over six or twelve months at the same price. The code and the database are yours on final payment, with no licence and no per-user charge. Hosting and any AI or telephony usage are billed at cost with nothing added.
