For recruitment agencies
Two directions, no re-keying
Bullhorn integration for recruitment agencies: vacancies out of the CRM, registrations and availability written back
Most agencies do not want to replace their CRM; they want it to stop being an island. This reads from Bullhorn on a schedule and writes back on the same cycle, so consultants keep working exactly as they do now.
Vacancies out
A scheduled job reads the open vacancies and writes them into the site's own database. The job pages are built from that rather than from a live call out to Bullhorn every time somebody loads one, so a page still works when the CRM is slow or its session has expired, and every role gets a real URL that can be shared.
Registrations and availability back
A candidate registering on the site lands in the site's own database first, with their documents in a private bucket. A separate scheduled job then creates the candidate in Bullhorn, flagged as a website registration, with the documents attached. Availability confirmed by the calls, texts and self-serve links is written straight back to the same candidate record.
Built to survive the CRM being down
Two steps rather than one, deliberately. If the CRM is unavailable or a credential has rotated, the registration is already saved and the push retries. Nothing a candidate typed is lost because a third party was down.
- Two-way sync, so an update in either place shows in both
- Retries on failure, and tells you when something did not go through
- Stays inside the provider's rate limits by design
- Your data stays yours, and the connection can be removed at any time
Not only Bullhorn
The same connection works with Vincere, JobAdder, Mercury, Recruit CRM and others with an open API. No migration and no retraining: the fastest route to running.
Part of the platform
One build, owned outright
This is one part of the availability calling and job matching platform for recruitment agencies: from £12,500 connected to the CRM you already run, or from £18,500 on the Glo platform with your records migrated across. A one-off build fee, then running costs billed at cost. A scoping call turns the figure into a fixed quote.
The other parts
- Candidate availability
Rung, texted and confirmed in the evening, written back to the record.
- Job matching
The whole database scored against the vacancy, ten names in twelve minutes.
- Timesheets
Missing sheets chased, handwritten ones read, hours matched and paid.
- Compliance and onboarding
Starters registered, documents chased, expiries flagged before the gate.
Questions
What agencies ask
No. They raise the vacancy in Bullhorn exactly as now, and the shortlist arrives by email.
Anything written on this side is saved first and pushed when the CRM is back. The push retries, and you are told if something did not go through.

Avolon Group's website and recruitment platform run a two-way Bullhorn connection: vacancies out of the CRM onto the site, and registrations off the site into the CRM.
