For recruitment agencies
Chased, matched and paid
Timesheet automation for recruitment agencies: every missing sheet chased, read, matched to its shift and synced to payroll
Ask it who has not submitted. It chases every missing timesheet, reads the ones that come back as photos of handwritten sheets, matches each to its shift, flags what does not add up, and sends the approved hours to payroll with nothing re-keyed.
Chased
Still chasing timesheets? Just ask it who has not submitted. It chases every missing timesheet, every week, without a person doing the ringing round.
Read, even when handwritten
A photographed, handwritten timesheet from a site foreman is read into hours per worker, without anyone keying it in. The sheet's own total is checked against the lines, and a day read with low confidence is flagged rather than guessed.
Matched to the shift
Each timesheet is matched to the shift it belongs to, and anything that does not add up is flagged for a person to look at before it goes any further.
Paid, and invoiced
Approved timesheets sync straight to payroll. Nothing is re-keyed. A week of timesheets becomes client invoices and a payroll run on the same afternoon.
- Invoices generated as real documents, one per client per site, split by purchase order where needed
- Nothing marked as issued until it is approved and your details are complete
- An invoice held when its signed sheet is missing
- After export, batch files written per umbrella company, ready to send to their payroll inboxes
Part of the platform
One build, owned outright
This is one part of the availability calling and job matching platform for recruitment agencies: from £12,500 connected to the CRM you already run, or from £18,500 on the Glo platform with your records migrated across. A one-off build fee, then running costs billed at cost. A scoping call turns the figure into a fixed quote.
The other parts
- Candidate availability
Rung, texted and confirmed in the evening, written back to the record.
- Job matching
The whole database scored against the vacancy, ten names in twelve minutes.
- Bullhorn integration
Vacancies out, registrations and availability back, on a schedule that survives the CRM being down.
- Compliance and onboarding
Starters registered, documents chased, expiries flagged before the gate.
