For recruitment agencies
The right people, ranked
Job matching software for recruitment agencies: a ranked, confirmed-available shortlist twelve minutes after the vacancy lands
The consultant raises the vacancy in your CRM exactly as now. Twelve minutes later a ranked shortlist of ten, all confirmed available, is in their inbox. Two steps need a person; everything between them runs on its own.
From vacancy to shortlist
Every step after the first runs without anyone touching it.
- 0 min: the consultant raises the vacancy in the CRM, exactly as now
- +30 sec: the vacancy is synced and parsed, with role, site postcode, certifications, start date and rate extracted
- +1 min: the full database is scored against it on role, travel distance, certifications held and days since availability was last confirmed
- +2 min: the shortlist is built; strong but stale records go to the front of the call queue
- +2 min: calls run in parallel inside the calling window
- +3 to 10 min: outcomes are written back, and no answer triggers a text and email with a self-serve link
- +12 min: a ranked shortlist is emailed to the consultant
- Then the consultant calls the shortlist. The only calls your staff make.
What the ranking scores
It scores everyone you hold against what the job needs: distance, qualifications, history with you and how recently you spoke. Anyone who fails a hard requirement is excluded, rather than ranked lower. It is a database query rather than a guess, so it runs in milliseconds, costs nothing per run, and returns the same answer every time.
Every name comes with the reason it is there, so you can argue with it. The weights are settings, not code, and are tuned against what actually places.
What lands in the inbox
Ten entries, best fit first, all confirmed available. Each shows the distance to site, when availability was confirmed, the tickets held, and whether you have placed them before.
Part of the platform
One build, owned outright
This is one part of the availability calling and job matching platform for recruitment agencies: from £12,500 connected to the CRM you already run, or from £18,500 on the Glo platform with your records migrated across. A one-off build fee, then running costs billed at cost. A scoping call turns the figure into a fixed quote.
The other parts
- Candidate availability
Rung, texted and confirmed in the evening, written back to the record.
- Timesheets
Missing sheets chased, handwritten ones read, hours matched and paid.
- Bullhorn integration
Vacancies out, registrations and availability back, on a schedule that survives the CRM being down.
- Compliance and onboarding
Starters registered, documents chased, expiries flagged before the gate.
