Confirmed before the shift

Candidate availability automation for recruitment agencies: every worker rung, texted and confirmed before the shift

Availability decays the moment it is recorded. This rings, texts and emails your candidates in the evening and at weekends, when they actually pick up, and writes every answer back to the record before Monday.

Why availability goes stale

A candidate record shows what was true the day someone last spoke to them. In a database of thousands, the proportion current at any moment is small.

Site and shift workers do not answer between half seven and half five. They pick up in the evening and at weekends, exactly when your consultants have gone home. And a Friday order for a Monday start goes to the agency that confirms a worker first, not the one with the best candidate.

What runs without you

Inside the calling window the AI voice agent works the queue in parallel and writes every outcome back to the candidate record. Outside the window, the queue holds until the next one. The agent states it is automated, offers a person, and honours an opt-out the second it is given.

  • No answer? A text and an email go out with a self-serve link
  • The link takes ten seconds: available, working, not looking, or available from a date
  • The answer lands on the record, not in somebody's inbox
  • One screen shows who is confirmed, who has been texted and who is covered

Confirmed within seven days

A record confirmed within the last seven days goes straight to the shortlist. A strong but stale record is promoted to the front of the call queue instead, so it is rung before the shortlist is sent rather than left out. Seven days is the maximum age of any availability record in active matching.

Part of the platform

One build, owned outright

This is one part of the availability calling and job matching platform for recruitment agencies: from £12,500 connected to the CRM you already run, or from £18,500 on the Glo platform with your records migrated across. A one-off build fee, then running costs billed at cost. A scoping call turns the figure into a fixed quote.

The other parts

  • Job matching

The whole database scored against the vacancy, ten names in twelve minutes.

  • Timesheets

Missing sheets chased, handwritten ones read, hours matched and paid.

  • Bullhorn integration

Vacancies out, registrations and availability back, on a schedule that survives the CRM being down.

  • Compliance and onboarding

Starters registered, documents chased, expiries flagged before the gate.
